Moving to a new web host (Updated May 25 2011)

Hi everyone. Over the next few weeks I'm going to look into moving this website to a new host. This include the forum and the main website. The move should be pretty smooth and at some point I'll have to shutdown the forum for a few hours to move it but hopefully not longer than that. This going to take several weeks so I will update this thread on the progress.

I have to admit this joke will never get tired.

I'll save a bit of money but mainly I only have to forget about one hosting company instead of keeping track of two.

By the way what's the consensus on pruning posts older than a year with no activity to the Archive forum? I'm about to expand it to more forums. Has anyone been annoyed because they couldn't bump a 5 year old post?
