Well I gues as with most people the T1 pileup pretty much screwed me on GB picks...

I got some points with Kimi, Vettel, di Resta and Schumacher. I picked the wrong Force India. Also had Maldonado (silly me), Hamilton and Rosberg, so this round can be called nothing but a disaster.

There could be some awesome scores this week by some folks trying desperate strategies. (Toro Rosso's have been at 1 point for a bit)

I'm pissed they didn't pit Senna sooner. He caught fastest lap after his stop and would have had a better chance to score if he stopped with more than 4 laps to the end.

Only 66 for me as I didn't have any Findias or Rossos, but did pick the lucky leaders who made it through the 1st corner.

Grosjean-induced carnage made for a crazy week in the GridBids world. The hmm0 top result for the race was 69 points by Mawerick, who retains second place in the group standings -- a whopping 63 points behind the runaway leader ghost_who_walks. Our group's only contender for the overall GridBids title this season is in 2nd overall, 15 points out of the lead.

I don't know if I can get Grosjean's replacement into the form in time.

Italy was nuts for the attrition. I feel bad for anyone who had the SV, JB, MW combo as they cost alot of good points. Alonso came up short on his 15.6 point cost with only a 15 point payout.

Theoretical high score for this round is 91 by picking everyone except Raikonnen. I wonder if anyone had that combo?

68 for me is not too shabby...

A race full of heartbreak for many, happy surprise for others. The group high score was shared by Mawerick and Megallos, with 80 big points. Of course the group lead is still held by ghost_who_walks, even though he had a meh race and drops a couple of spots to 4th in the overall standings.

I'll be cycling from San Francisco back down to L.A. starting on Sunday, and won't be back even in time for a very late GridBids update before Japan.

I got Farzad to promise to do the update this time; in the unlikely event he procrastinates I will nag him wherever I find free WiFi.
